Based on my experience and results, I have become a personal development coach, mentor, creative real estate Investor and International Business Owner.   I have built, owned and operated Multi-Billion Dollar Businesses.  I believe in systems, clarity, and consistent comprehensive follow up.  I have developed systems to help many businesses run systematically and be able to be maintained and run themselves from anywhere in the world.

As a seasoned investor with hundreds of units internationally, I work with real estate investors and professionals to find their clarity so they can live their own lives by their own design by creating passive income. Investing in single family dwellings, commercial buildings, hotels, multi-family developments, and office complexes are my area of expertise.

As Ed The Cuban Guy an online program was developed where I work with beginners and seasoned investors on creating wealth.  Check me out at makingbiggerprofits.com.   In real estate, my company is raising private money and searching for investors for syndication to invest in value-add properties.  So if you are looking to get higher returns on your money and win – win situations, feel free to contact me for more information at [email protected]

On the income test, the person must satisfy the thresholds for the three years consistently either alone or with a spouse, and cannot, for example, satisfy one year based on individual income and the next two years based on joint income with a spouse. The only exception is if a person is married within this period, in which case the person may satisfy the threshold on the basis of joint income for the years during which the person was married and on the basis of individual income for the other years.

In addition, entities such as banks, partnerships, corporations, nonprofits and trusts may be accredited investors. Of the entities that would be considered accredited investors and depending on your circumstances, the following may be relevant to you:
